Everybody knows who the US Navy Blue Angels are,
as well as the US Air Force Thunderbirds, but very few know anything
about the only civilian aerobatic jet demonstration team in the United
States - the Patriots Jet Team. We invested a good part of 2009
traveling with the team and learning more about what makes their
operation tick and how we can tell their story. What we ended up with
became the foundation for an ongoing online Video Production
series - this is the first part of that unfolding adventure.

Video Production Purpose: |
The team is going through an evolution as
they complete work on two additional L-39 jets to grow from a
formation of four in 2009, to five in 2010, and six in 2011. Not
only does it add jets, it adds new pilots, grows the support
team, and makes logistics more complicated than ever. We aim to
use this real-world human story, with lots of visually stunning
HD footage, to massively grow the fan base of the Patriots Jet
Team. Also, as their media partner, we aim to significantly
extend their value proposition in attracting a major national
sponsor - which could create a whole new series with the
eventual team transformation. |

you to the core team members and we get a glimpse into who they,
what they do, and what they're all about. |
